Partial On the Day Coordination

You have planned everything but need someone onsite the day of to make sure everything gets done right. You need someone to handle shifting guests from ceremony to reception and watch over the flow until guests are seated comfortably and ready to party.

• Month of consultation for handover of your suppliers lists/contacts and all planning details done so far

• Day of run sheets for vendor set up/pack down

• Final follow up and scheduling of all vendors and suppliers

• Point of contact for all vendors & guests on the day

• Onsite from set up

• Rehearsal & Ceremony coordination

• Greet Guests to the Reception, or stay until speeches have started before leaving

Full On the day Coordination

You have everything sorted you just want someone to manage the vendor’s set up, and or managing your guests from the ceremony to the reception, or someone to turn off the lights at the end of the night.
