• Month of consultation for handover of your suppliers lists/contacts and all planning details done so far

• Day of run sheets for vendor set up/pack down

• Final follow up and scheduling of all vendors and suppliers

• Point of contact for all vendors & guests on the day

• Event coordination up to 10 hours ($50 additional per hour rate onward to that)

Planning Package

This package is for those who want that perfect event but do not want the stress or time commitments of planning it themselves.

• Two one hour consultations to get an idea of what you want

• Venue & Vendor recommendations

• Up to four vendor meetings if required (either by your side or on your behalf)

• Ongoing communication with selected vendors

• Detailed run-sheets for vendor set up/pack down

• Reminder email updates and check-ins

• Budget tips and help

• Design & style coordination

• Access to me for any ongoing questions, advice and help

Planning & Coordination Package

$2,000

You need someone to do everything, from the planning stages to being onsite the day of to make sure all the details and vision come together and run smoothly

Included

• Two one hour consultations to get an idea of what you want

• Venue & Vendor recommendations

• Up to four vendor meetings if required (either by your side or on your behalf)

• Ongoing communication with selected vendors

• Detailed run-sheets for vendor set up/pack down

• Reminder email updates and check-ins

• Day of point of contact to all suppliers & vendors

• Setup & breakdown coordination of event

• Onsite coordination up to 10 hours ($50 hourly rate applies onward)
